no response or parts from RCM

I sent paypent 3 weeks ago.. there was lots of contact when I was asking Qs but then after payment I havn't recieved a single response, also no shipping notification, I've sent multiple emails.

Anyone have a phone number I can call? Or is Mark on the forum?

I too have been trying to get a responce from RCM. they sent me the items I bought . but when I email a question for them (may times), there is no responce!!! I wonder what gives! It makes me not want to buy anything more from them. does anyone know why? Mark

i also have been sending questions via ebay with no response to about 6 or 7 attempts. i really want to make a purchase because they have good prices but now i'm iffy.

From my experience, he doesn't like to answer questions after you made your purchase! That's a if you want repeated business.

try emailing them direct, i had problems going through ebay their responces wern't coming back but when i emailed them direct i had next day answer.

I got the stuff today.. 4 weeks after I sent payment. I still havn't recieved any emails back from RCM. I'm not going to do business with them again.

Sorry you had a bad experience. I purchased a rod bearing kit from RCM this month, had the parts in-hand very quickly, and got an email thanking me for the order too.

At this point, he had what I needed in-stock, had a great price on it, and I got the parts quickly. I look forward to future orders with Russ.

I just ordered 2 new front ABS sensors and SS lines from Mark at RCM, and I already have e-mail confirmation and a tracking number. Matt, maybe you caught them on an off day or something, but to date I've never had a problem with these guys getting me my stuff on time. We'll see with this order, but hopefully it won't be any different.

I have the same problem, They sent me the wrong part I emailed them and no response so I put my car back together using the old part. Their customer service is not the best.

I express mailed a MO 2 weeks ago they said parts were ready to go, now I have no responses and no parts. I needed my car to be ready by this weekend but who knows when i'll have it , i'll be out almost 500 if I don't get anything.
