Quality Always Shoots Straight
I got a complete set of hotpipes and duel intake a few months ago. Uncoated. All the pipes were foam wrapped well but I was missing a coupler for the noise maker delete pipe. Let him know and he had one in my hands within the week. Welds were all good and flush ground on the inside. I had to do a bit of cutting and modding to get the gen 2 duel intake housing and pipes to fit but im okay with that. This is a side job for him, I can't help but think current conditions have something to do with it, be it supply or stress. I can't help but think that this is a set back, not the new norm. Im a nobody in this community so there's no reason for special treatment, my experience was generally positive. No idea how things went down, but as a rule I communicate clearly and don't criticize or bitch unless the other party is either unresponsive or unwilling to make things whole.
