Timbo can't make it this weekend due to his wife's birthday. Thought it was getting done tomorrow.

Ha ha, it's funny how you two communicate through the forum. Although I agree with the people above, I still think you should flush it and see what you get. You may get lucky for now, but it's still going to be a ticking time bomb...... Maybe we should have a dash pulling party sometime as I need to do the BDA on my 91! I would probably be free the weekend of the 20th if that's ok with Brian to do it. Oh yeah, and it was Muriatic acid that I used to flush the previous heater core.....

well, chances are, it's the friggin stop-leak that I poured in while I was in Colorado when I started having steam come from my vents...though it only did it for a short time (about an hour or two). I still dumped half a bottle of stop-leak in there, and I've noticed a lil bit of fuzz in the radiator. So hopefully back-flushing it on thursday's gonna make a decent bit of good. If not, Tim, I may be calling on you and Brian to come down and tear my car apart for me.
OH, well your didn't mention that earlier! That stuff should only be used in an emergency (as you were in) and should be flushed out ASAP! That happens everytime when that ***** is used!!! HAVE FUN!
