no balls. it wont rev or move right

when you floor the call it bairly revs past 3500 and doesnt even pull at all. i found oil in the spark plugs. and it needs a 60k tune up. i ran the code reader and a bunch of o2 sensor codes showed up. i just bought the car two days ago and dont no much. any advice on what you think the problem is before i go replacing every thing????

Something like this happened to me, one of the cats had broken up and was clogging the exhaust. Oil in the spark plug well isn't a bad sign, it just means the valve cover gaskets should be replaced.
