I have a 98 SHO that has no AC, i tried to put frion in and it just leaked out, my mechanic thinks its a Liquid Line but he is not 100% sure. Has anyone else had this issue and can tell me what they did

Its pretty simple find the leak and repair it. Vac out the system and recharge.

I would see if you can get the compressor to run by doing the Max AC setting and if not, see if you can get it to run by "jumpering" the valve on top of the accumulator.
I would get a can of the refrigerant with the green dye in it and install it after you get the compressor running. Get a "party light" (black light) from Walmart and put it in your extension light and take a look under the hood in a day or two after you have installed the refrigerant / dye can. At least you will know what is leaking, and take it from there.
Find a good shop with an owner that knows what he is doing and ask alot of questions before you turn the car over to them. There are a lot of bad stories out there.
