Next step for the 2011

So, I’m fairly certain one of my turbos shit the bed already. I hear a loud whining noise at higher rpm and the power isn’t there anymore. Also think there might be an exhaust leak? The exhaust and rumble is much louder than when I bought it. Either way, I’m looking into a new turbo kit and tune, my one question is Gearhead or ATP? Also what else should I do to the engine before running a bigger turbo? Everything is completely stock at the moment but I’m hoping to turn it into the ultimate sleeper.
