According to GH you only need to change injectors if wanting to run pure E-85 other than that if yours are working fine I wouldn’t bother them until one sh*t’s the bed. I’ve heard that’s a fun job like my PTU experience.
I have a good chunk of money as my father passed away recently and I was his only surviving son and he never remarried.
My problem is time! I never have enough time to do the work as I am a kitchen manager at a buffet in Vegas, so it’s balls to the walls 6 days a week and my one day off my kids or wife always have plans lol. But eventually I will get the time I need to get it all done. I have 2 other vehicles so prob going to park this one and begin the Intercooler job this weekend.

I’m hoping with just doing basic bolt ons I won’t have to go in deep with this build but we will see.
Thanks for this info, come on down to my place, will put ya up, and we can work on mine for a bit... then I can help with the IC install :p

Unless you are absolutely getting paid out the nose at that Vegas buffet, I personally would consider looking of a corporate kitchen management job. I have been a professional chef for almost 15 years. I worked fine dining, and yeah...I jumped ship. I work for Compass Group North America. We are the 11th largest company in the world, but the biggest food service provider in the world. We subcontract out our services to other corporations. I am the Food Service Director for Farmers Insurance in Phoenix, AZ. I work Mon-Fri, 6 am to 2:30 pm. I have nights and weekends off. I get 12 paid holidays off each year, 5 days sick time, and new managers get two weeks of vacation starting. It increases the longer you stay with the company. Full insurance, 401k ect,. Also Compass Group accounts are in every state, and 26 different countries.

@SM105K i mean I’ll be very transparent I was the GM of a store in Tampa and transferred in to Vegas after 2 hurricanes in 1 week last year tore my house apart and flooded the business I managed and destroyed my food truck. When I can I got a financial raise but demotion in position as they didn’t need a GM. Now I get worked like a F’ing dog. I’ll make a little over 100k for the year but we have zero benefits, and mandatory to work all holidays. I work on cars on the side as my stepdad owned a big shop back in Georgia when I was growing up as kid and became very handy with most vehicles. I have an extensive resume I could send you if you think you could help me out here. I would be eternally grateful and definitely want to come to Arizona. I’m originally from south east so all this area is new to me. There is a company I’m sure you have heard of called Buc-ees I have been trying to get on with. No luck so far but I can tell u what I’m doing now sucks

I get it. I have a daughter and the older I get, the more I realize time and experiences are out weighing money at this point.

Check out this website.

You can toggle between hourly and salary open positions across the nation. If you find something serious let me know. It isn't what you know, it is who you know.

I know in PHX for my division "Eurest", there is an Executive Chef position open at Honeywell Sky Harbor starting at 85K. I know the unit, and like I said nights and weekends off.

Also with Buc-ee's (I BUCKING LOVE THAT PLACE) they broke ground here in PHX and I am pretty sure they are hiring right now.

I totally know how that is Georgia works on that system down there it’s called the good Ol boys club lol right now I am just spending crazy hours at work it’s beyond ridiculous.
Buc-ees is my ISH, I have hit every one possible from Tampa FL to Las Vegas. They are amazing work atmosphere and great benefits and pay. Felt like the chick-fil-a experience.

@SM105K hey I’m applying for a few jobs here in Vegas through your company website and it asked how I learned of position I put company referral but I have to have your first and last name to move on with the application. It won’t allow me to go back and change my answer now. Sorry to bother you. I’m applying to work at the Las Vegas motor speedway as a culinary manager.
