Hello,

I'm Scott, 38 year old Afghanistan veteran and car enthusiast. I currently live south of Salt Lake City, UT. I just joined this forum as I'll be looking for some parts from some SHO's and hopefully will be able to find them here.

I've been into SHO's and Thunderbird SC's for over 20 years. Currently I don't have an SHO but I do have a 2001 Taurus SE 3.0L Vulcan. I'm partial to the 1st gen SHO's since that's what I grew up with 91 being my favorite year.

Anyway I'll be reading on here and may chime in from time to time.

Welcome in. When you are ready to make the plunge let me know. I know of a white 91+ that's for sale. Not advertised anywhere but can be had for a really fair price.

keep an eye out on ksl.com, I recently saw a guy selling 2 gen2, and another guy selling a gen3
and last I checked there is a gen3 for sale for $1,500

also, I have a gen2 I want to sell (because I don't like auto) but not till after my father's car is running again

I have been eyeballing the Gen 3 V8 on KSL. Cheap enough. Interior looks a bit damaged and missing console lid and the passenger side looks to have some door damage.

On my car this month so far I have replaced the front brake rotors, pads, and passenger side caliper. Then heard a grinding noise up front so I replaced the passenger side wheel bearing assembly as well. I had a new windshield installed and the windows tinted. I polished the headlights back to clear and also bought new hood struts I need to go install so the hood will stay up on it's own.

Still on the hunt for some SHO slicers.
