New to SHOforum, Hi all

I've had my SHO on order since April. It is built there is a VIN assigned and I am waiting for it to arrive. Today I did get to drive one for the first time. Here are my thoughts... First it is VERY comfortable. Seats are soft, headrests are soft, driving position once dialed in, is perfect. I started the car and was surprised at how quiet it was. Hardly a hum. I got behind the wheel, with two Ford reps onboard and myself. Acceleration was decent, but not at all earth shattering. The suspension is soft, like Lincoln soft, so I think this will be the first thing I change. I prefer a bit of stiffness. Highway cruising was nice, uneventful. It felt heavy, but then again, 4300 plus a full tank and two passengers, it SHOULD feel heavy. This will be a daily driver, year-round for me. It is replacing a 2007 Acura TL Type-S. To sum it up, the Acura has a far more "sporty" feel, and the Taurus is much more subdude, soft, and comfortable.
