New sound with sound clip

My car developed a weird fast paced chirping sound on my 1994 SHO ATX. It just started this afternoon. I have had my car on jacks for about a week and a half do to the fact I did not have the parts to finish the car with. I replace a cv half-shaft and lower control arm on the drivers side. I also did a brake job on both sides. But from what I can tell the noise is coming from the passenger side. Does not seem to have anything do with the parts I replaced. Noise is loud during idle near the belt system.

could be a pulley. maybe pull the tire off and listen around. maybe have someone on the gas pedal

pulley bearing most likely. hard to tell what because the timing set has a tensioner pulley. and you have the water pump, and assessory bearings. my idler pulley on the timing belt was shot. i would seriously do a front end service checking every bearing for damage. the timing pulley could be a big issue. it gets a lot of abuse. it would be a muffled chirp compaired to the belt system outside would be noticabley loud. let me know what you find for the cause.
