new seats in the sho

OMG it was sooooo hard to put different seats in my sho had to grind off mounts off and weld them on to the new seats.Had to make new rails for the drivers seat yea put some rsx type s seats in pics soon just got them done last night....sit kinda high now cause of the rails... but its more comfortable and lighter to. i know honda seats

cant wait for the pics..those seats are comfy..im looking to put some new seats in my car..but I dont know which direction to go..would like to go with the factory seats..but hard to find them in nice condition..might have to reupholster mine..

sry dont have any pics for making the rails basically what you do is unbolt the seats grind off the mount on the new seat and cut the mounts on the sho seat that go to the floor making a jig before you cut them helps alot. then from there you grind off all the mounts on both sets of seats. then test fit the mounts to the seats in the car mark where you like the seats on the tracks carefully take the seats out. Pray to god that you got it right weld the mounts to the tracks of your new seats or in my case RSX seats. Test fit. swap seat belt clip

Since its all eletric its a diff animal mounts are different i about died when i unbolted it and looked. So this ones alot more complicated mounts you have to cut them off carefully same thing as the passengers,but you have to build rails. The mounts are off set on the seat belt side. So you have to not only make tracks but weld in a piece of square stock in to get make it line up with the mounts.besides that same as the last one test fit and more test fitting.

all in all i like the way they fit and feel a lil high though idk might mess with them a lil bit

Way to go on the mod, but I dig the stock seats much more. Such a nice seat design with the adjustable bolsters. Outside of the stock seats only thing Id go for would be some nice aftermarket.

yea mine felt like you were sitting in a old couch and they hurt my back on long drives and these were cheap 150 for both plus a lil lighter
