Nice. Welcome to the forum from a stone's throw down in Dearborn

If you're not busy, a bunch of us local SHO guys are heading to Lapeer Dragway this Saturday for a test'n'tune/meet.
Here's the thread about it: http://www.shoforum.com/showthread.php?t=122124

BTW, when you say it has a chip, are you referring to a Superchips? Just curious.

I'm also usually cruizing Woodward around Royal Oak almost every weekend (mainly Fridays), either in my 5.0 or my SHO, so maybe I'll see ya there!

Welcome!

You're just down the road from me, and Bill Saunders on this forum is another RH resident.

As Josh mentioned, we are doing Lapeer Dragway on Saturday. A bunch of folks are meeting at my place first, then we'll drive up there. Info is in the link Josh provided above.

Welcome.

Curious as to why you run -3* Camber on the front of a street car?

-Sam

How do you even get -3 on a SHO. Do camber plates even allow that much?

Personally, if I ran track tires, I would do near -3. Got near -2 on one SHO just for street & occasional track use.

On my Autocross SHO, I had mine set to -3*. The CC plates I had on my old Auto-X SHO would easily go to -3.5 (Saw it on the rack when we were playing with things) and probably to -4 if we really wanted.

Yup. I bought my 91+ from a guy who did a lot of auto-x, and the camber/castor he had ate my front tires in less than 3k miles. Had metal belts showing....
