New gauge panel installed

Sorry, no pics yet, but soon. Got my mechanical full sweep Autometer Ultralite Oil Pressure and Water Temp gauges installed. I was going to use an A-pillar gauge pod, but I like the idea of not giving anyone a tip-off about mods :evil_gri: They are mounted where the stereo would be. I have a low pressure warning light that still needs to be installed. I have the oil pressure gauge backlit in red and the water temp gauge backlit in green. They look great. I can not believe how long I went without these two most important (IMO) gauges.

Did you use the Ford DIN panel block-off plate? Have any problems with mounting the gauges in the radio slot? I think I will be putting my gauges in that location for the same reason as you. Also, I don't like the way the A-Pillar pods I've seen fit the Gen I cars. I just need to get around to doing it.
