never got a email to start my account?

i was just trying to figure if my acount was activated fully since i registerd when the notifactions were down? my freind doesnt see me on the members list so and i cant cant view a few pages so im just kinda checking

There was a new system that I put into place and it wasn't functioning properly. A few settings that I changed today should have taken care of any issues you had, but if not just let me know.
