need to upgrade my suspension

Hey guys,
I am going to need to upgrade my subframe bushings soon. Any suggestions??? And prices please. Do i need to replace all 4? I also need to replace the coil action kit. Whatever that is. The boot is torn, so i need to replace it. Are there any high performance coil action kits? thanks guys

I have never heard of a coil action kit before in my life. As for Subframe Bushings, I'd suggest all 4 of the solid bushings, and 2 sets of recall kits if you car has not had the subframe recall done. Check shonutperformance.com for prices.
