Need Some HELP! Broken Ground?

Ok,Everytime i start up my car my blower motor control turns on, and my vents come on, so i took out my blower motor control fuse,now all i do is hear it clicking. The clicking kicks up even more when i mess with my windows. Does this sound like a broken ground, or an all new blower motor control? How much are those?

Guys i really need some help on this one, i have someone comming to pick the car up on Tuesday and i need this fixed. im taking it to ford on monday, i just want to know what to expect.

ever find out what that clicking was? my blower motor works but I get an annoying clicking out of it.

Prolly just a blower control module.....same thing that makes my blower run continuously after it rains....
