Need Part Number for Cooling fan motor for 95 MTX

My cooling fan recently went out on my '95 MTX and in search of buying a motor for the fan, as usual all the parts stores list all Taurus items. Since I'm trying to make a track day, I need the motor by this weekend. I would like to avoid ordering the wrong one.

I've been looking on PartsAmerica.com and the best choices thus far are:

-Factory Air 35170
-Four Seasons 35170

AutoZone gives me one part number:

-Siemens PM9029

Can anyone confirm whether or not any of these are right?

I know for a fact this is an exact quality match, it was $123 shipped.

What is the warranty on the motor? I could not find it on the sight.
