I got my A-pillar 3 gauge pod (boost, a/f, oil pressure)
Now I want MORE
:psycho:

Is it a homemade job to add gauges below the radio where the cupholders/coin trays are? Or can you buy a "kit"?

I want water temp and air intake temp (does the latter exist?)

Last I heard, Cincy SHO offered the 3 gauge and 2 gauge pods below the radio. They were $30.00 IIRC.

An intake temp gauge does not exist to my knowledge but is really not a necessity as long as you have some provision to monitor knock and a true air fuel ratio (read: not a gauge running off the stock 02).

the radio is the same, so the DIN slots must be the same.

But the Cincy SHO ones are for the tape holder in the GEN II, not the DIN slot.

I would just go to any audio place and ask if they sell sheets of black plastic dash pannel, cut to fit and drill your own holes.

I bought a DIN 3 guage pod off Ebay a while ago for 20 bucks. Haven't seen one on there like it since, though.

It's a home made job for the GenI's. I ordered a radio delete platefrom my dealer, Ford PN E9SZ-6304371-A. You'll need to drill 2" holes in it with a hole saw. When you drill the holes, you will cut off the tabs that help hold it in place, so I ended up tying a wire to the gauge holders on each end and ran them to the back of the opening in the dash and wraped them around a bolt to hold the plate close against the dash. This is what it looks like installed:

Oh yea, I also bought a set of gauge bevels to point them up toward the drivers seat a bit more.

nice job!

*noticed your sig.*
Do you notice a difference with your "cold air" setup? Are you using a 3 or 4 inch k&N cone filter in the fenderwell?
