I noticed that my power antenna doesnt work... Could that be why my battery goes dead after a few days and also why my radio doesnt play anything?

there is a connection (round tube, gray in color), under the glove box. most owners have probably unhooked it at some point! (mine is)

I would bet it's the other way around. The power antenna control unit is powered by a signal from the amplifier turn-on signal from the radio; if your radio isn't turning on, then it's probably not trying to raise the antenna. of course, anything is possible.

the same signal that powers the antenna powers the amp....so if you lose one, you probably lose the other. I would check to make sure the line from the back of the radio has 12v, and that all the wires are hooked up

If you're getting the noise from the RF fenderwell, the motor is probably working just fine, the plastic track is just broken.

There's a writeup in the FAQs at www.shotimes.com on how to replace the antenna mast.
