need help with tear down

I have the Oppurtunity to tear down a 99 tarus sho. i can take things like the motor and body panels. im am not to familiar with all the differences between the sho and base model. i was wondering if there was a few of you that wanted to contribute to a list of parts that i should take off and keep if i were ever to use them in a conversion.
