Need help!!! No start engine code. 19-O

91 sho mtx car all of a sudden won't start. Pretty sure I've replaced every sensor multiple times lol. Was running fine before code is. Any ideas? It's my only running vehicle...
19-O, 'No power to EEC processor or failure in PCM internal voltage'

Most likely the cam sensor (cylinder identification CID) acting up.
And I think it is simply code 19.
Try short bursts of starter activation, maybe 2 seconds each, for 5 or 6 times, as your system is trying to find #1 Cylinder to lock in your firing order.

Make sure your connector is on correctly, it is a little hard to deal with as it is obscured by the strut tower.

If you are correct that it is code 19, then either the pcm is fried, or there is no power going to the pcm. I would start by checking voltage on the correct pins on the pcm connector.

Just a quit Bump. Changed the cam sensor cars alive! Now that I think about it it has been idling weird randomly. Will update if anything changes. Thanks!

So often we never know how things went.
Don't be surprised when you need to update, as things sometimes change.
