Need help in Knoxville

My son just moved to Knoxville, TN and and started having trouble with
our 94 MTX SHO he's using. Check engine light is coming on and off. He told me it seems to run alright on the straight and level but has trouble pulling a mild grade and won't pull a steep grade at all. Can any forum members in the Knoxville area recommend a competent, reputable repair facility he can take it to.

SHOforum.com is a repair facility. Has a parts selection too. Best tech's around. Check out This site, and pull the codes. Or hit up an autozone or something simliar, they will do it for free. Then report back.

PS.. does the car have an EGR system? How about mileage? "our SHO" sounds like its been in the family for a while? What kind of things have you had done to it since you've had it?
