Navigation Screen

Suddenly and with no known action by me, my navigation screen has a white background. Can't seem to change it back, master reset did nothing. Also, SYNC is disconnecting the paired phone for no apparent reason several times a day.

Ideas? I am wondering if the APIM is going south.

So no Sync updates or anything? What version are you running? Unpairing the phone, then re-pairing it might solve that particular issue.

I just got notified of an extended warranty on the APIM. You may want to run a vehicle diagnostic and see if that comes up for you also.

IF you do have the extended warranty, take it in and have it replaced.

Mine is put away for the winter, but I believe the screen was a white background during the day, and black background at night.
