You have the new Sync3 system. Do you have the Ford Connect app on your phone? It looks like you run it from there instead of the radio like MyFord Touch.

There used to be an option in the system before I updated. Guess it took it away. And no I don't have the app

Im going to disagree and say he/she has an early car. Sync 3 started in 16. This is sync with navigation. I can't even say that this version had a Vehicle Health Report.

If you have sync 3 you need to download Ford Pass to get a V.H.R. My phone doesn't like this and I've given up trying to get it to work on my car.

He does not have sync 3. That is what SYNC with NAV looked liked before the Taurus was given MFT/SYNC2. Ford went back to the same style home screen for SYNC3 when it came out.

Don't bother downloading Ford Pass or anything else related to SYNC3 as it isn't SYNC3.

Ok. Gotcha. Ford is bad about making changes like that, and not telling those of us who need to know, like the people who work on or provide parts for their vehicles every day. Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got a little egg to wipe off my face!

Ok so I figured it out. Have your phone connected via Bluetooth...I had to push the phone button...click settings then advanced. Then there was a vehicle health report option

Well I can access it without the phone connected but it has to use the phone to call and send the report
