Like the heading says my sho is too slow most of the time. I've had this problem for like 6 mos. I think the problem is centered around cylinder #3? The rear bank driver's side. Anyway, the car frequently feels like a regular taurus most of the time i.e. accelerates like a dog. I don't think there's oil in the plug wells since I checked it a few weeks ago and this has been a long running problem (I'll check again just to be sure). Last time I changed the plugs (july) it ran great for a short time (20-30 min.) and then after I shut it off and restarted it 10 min. later back to slo. Changed the #3? plug and ran great again only to slow down again after a brief time. In the last 6mos.I've replaced the O2 sensors, vss, injectors (sho shop used&flow tested), fuel pump, fuel filter, and cleaned the iab, maf, and act sensor.I feel a 60k coming up soon and would like to be able to solve this thing while it's opened up. Anybody have any ideas???

I've been running around all day and haven't been able to check the plug. I'll def. do it tomorrow. I had a rebuild done this summer so I think a new piston ring was put on. However I don't take anything for granted because a good sho mechanic is really hard to find! I thought that all the seals would have been replaced too, but when I swapped out injectors the rubber seals that go to the heads were rotted big time. After the car wound up sitting for 2 weeks it ran like a champ again for a short time. Must be something fouling the plug that had a change to dry/evaporate? I'm guessing valve seals? guides? or piston ring? What would oil on the bottom of the spark plug tell me? How about gas? Thanks...
