My motor R&R

well its not that bad to do a motor R&R on these cars long as you have the right tools.. mine is about to be running once again.. i hope... got my motor all in the cradle today and that into the car just got to finsh up the wiring and upper intake and plenum ....

but i should have some pics up soon i got atleast 20 or so im just to lazy to put them up now:oogle: :oogle: :oogle: :oogle:

cool :thumb: I will be there hopefully this fall, can't wait. Oh and what special tools did you need? How far of a R&R did you do?... to what length?

well i had anther shortblock put my head and stuff on it and the oil pan and all that good stuff on pulled the other one out (the whole cradle,motor and trans) set it on the ground moved the car back out the way...
then we pulled the motor from the cradle finshed up anything that was still on the old shortblock and put it on the newer one... put it in the car last night like i said... now it just needs finshing up... thanks tho i got pics of omost all the work in a few stages.. i should be able to get them up today
