My dads 98 drives straight and true but when you are straight the steering wheel is at like 10 or 11 o'clock. All we need is a simple sterring wheel adjust right?

You need to go to an alinment shop and have them check the car on the rack and then have the steering wheel centered.
True, true. They just reset it in the cradle. It won't hurt anything, but have them do that when you get another alignment. Make sure you request it specifically though.

What was that? I read that last post four times and still not sure what it means. My alignment is off a little. What is that cradle etc?
