My car sucks!! Still need help!

My 96 is still having the problems it has had for almost a year, reguardless of the numerous parts and cash that have gone into it. It drives fine 99% of the time, but every once and a while when you let off the gas pedal, it dies. It takes forever to start, and it runs like shit if you do not cycle power. Once you cycle the power, it fires up and runs like nothing happened.

I have replaced: Fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, TPS, IAC, cam and crank position sensors, cleaned the MAFS & throttle body, set the throttle gap, there is probably more, just can't remember right now.

The only code that it is throwing is 0411, and I know that is not the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Put in a different MAF.

Next time it dies, pull the vacuum supply line from the EGR valve and see if it starts any easier.

Will try both of the above suggestions. I like the car, and my wife loves it, which is pretty cool, so I by no means want to get rid of it. Thanks again.
