my car keeps cuting off

this was the first day i drove my car in about a week it started doing wired things like cuting off when ever i came to a full stop but this would not happen all the time it would happen every 3 minutes.also my idle would get stuck at like 2k and i have to rev it to get it back down to normal idle but now its just doing weird stuff like stalling and idle is just out of control can someone help me.

You have to relearn the idle if thats not the problem i cleaned my MAF with carb cleaner and it stopped doing it.
