So my 95 has been sitting in my assigned apartment garage since I picked up my 96 about 2 months ago as it snapped the alt. belt on the way home from STL. This weekend, I finally decided to put a new belt on it and take it for a spin.... Or so I thought. :munch:

Threw a set of new belts on in a new record time of 15 minutes, changed the oil, checked everything else and went to start it up. Battery is dead. No surprise here as its been sitting for weeks in 25+ degree temps.

Charged the battery and tried it again. She fired up instantly and as I let her warm up for a minute or two, I ran inside to wash my hands. Came back out and something was wrong... My brand new (>5,000 miles) radiator was pouring coolant out of the end tank. F**K!

This is not a good sign for me. I can only imagine what my gen 3 will do to me when it notices a blower being put on the 95 this summer. I'll probably be the one guy who has a welded cam spin on me.

A 14 year old and cocaine usually result in a much better time than what happens with you and SHOs. Just sayin'. :theyareontome:

The difference is that everything north of the dash as well as everything suspension related will be brand new so I won't have any worries.

I've been putting 10-15% of every paycheck into a savings account since I picked up the new ride. This summer, my buck won't even slow down here! :woo-hoo:

Mine was the same way. Got a 99 and my 92 got jealous. Wheel bearings went, complete exhaust disconnect, battery, and something else I'm sure. 1-2 weeks ago did a brake upgrade w/ new spindles, fixed exhaust, and a new battery and we're good to go.
After all its complaining, took out the 99 again, and shortly after I get back in the 92 the exhaust blows apart at one of the clamps today after being fine for 2 weeks. :nut:
The Gen 1/2's are veeery jealous in my experience.
