MTX problem

don't know if someone ask this before but i have a 92 MTX and the clucth started making this grinding noise when i disengage and know does it even when i'm running. i think maybe the clucth need adjustment, but don't know where to begin. your help will be very appreciated.

how long does the noise last... I know the MTX usually makes some noise when disenguaged normally....As far as clutch adj...pull up on your pedal,..all done.

Sounds like a failing TOB, nothing out of the ordinary for a SHO.
