Yes, do tell about this new project.That is a good article. I did make my set up less restrictive with large diameter piping with DP's and mid pipe set up. Removing the 3rd cat and stock resonator coupled with large piping did pick up power. There is something to be said there.
Will adding an X pipe increase exhaust velocity and pick up more power? There truly is only one way to find out. Is it something I want to test? Yes. However, with my new project it will get put on the back burner for a bit.

The third cat and stock resonator are a restriction. However, you can purchase a Magnaflow Resonator with a built in x pipe.
