I noticed that Mr. A hasn't posted since Oct 08. That's odd. I miss reading your posts. They always contained useful info, humor, candor, cynicism, and wisdom. Or should that be candid, cynical wisdom? lol
Hope all is well.

Not dead. Came close, but cheated it once again.

Laptop died on Halloween, and while trying to get my desktop running again I had my mother in-and-out of the hospital a number of times, then my sister-in-law was rushed to the hospital for an emergency c-section due to a prolapsed cord, and I've been fighting a couple bad bouts of bronchitis, one of which was accompanied by strep throat and an inability to breath and another trip to the hospital. When I got to the hospital my blood pressure was through the roof and a few minutes later it crashed and they thought I was gonna croak. They still can't figure out why my body can't seem to regulate my BP properly.

Somewhere in all that my lawyer who was also a good friend died unexpectedly so I've been busy helping his assistant try to get all his case files and computer files organized and sent to various other attys, help his family, etc. and it's just been a **** of a few months.

I've also been working hard behind the scenes to help Ken and Don get things ready for the convention. It's gonna be a great time!

Oh, and yesterday I had an abscess tooth that's been killing me for weeks pulled, and it took a sledge hammer to get it out and 7 stitches to close it up afterwards. Thank God for Vicodin! :nut:

Thanks to all who emailed or called to check in on me, I truly appreciate it! :hail:

I know you've talked to me about your lawyer friend a bunch of times, and I'm very sorry to hear about that. As someone who had A-Fib coming out of surgery, I know how important and crucial regulating BP is...

I got hit on 128S at the 93 cloverleaf last week and have no vehicle for a couple weeks and therefore, no work. If you want to do any convention legwork, except for this weekend, let me know...

Thanks.

Jeez, you've had bad luck with that Town Car over the past year! Glad you're OK.

I've been meaning to reply to your email, but just keep forgetting. Maybe we'll do something early next week. I'll touch base with you towards the end of the week.
