MPG, first ~5000mi

I'm 90% city and do not have a commute (I telecommute for work), so I've been on the "low end" of the MPG range:



You can see the couple of highway trips in there where I get 19-22.

Looks like what I'm getting from winter driving, short trips and warming it up about 5'. I'm figuring that a strictly thruway trip, I'll get around 30 though.

Always been. hehe...it's a downfall of mine for any MPG charts, haha.

through two weeks, I am averaging 18.7 .. lol p[partially WOT, and partially my commute in Houston's crappy traffic

I'm just under 3k but I'm averaging 18.8 right now mostly stop and go comute.

Let me know when that happens because I find that very unlikely. With an EPA hwy rating of 25mpg, you might squeeze 27mpg out of it hypermiling, but that's about it. Remember it still ways ~4400lbs, has about 25% loss in the AWD system and an run of the mill Cd of 0.33. I'm not saying it's bad because 25+mpg for a 365hp car it's size is pretty amazing, just don't expect 30mpg unless you're tailgating a semi the whole way

I get 18-19 going to and from work and then 24.5-28 with just highway.. Going on 4000 miles right now

Holy crap. Do you floor it everywhere you go? I'm getting about 18.5-19 with a 75% city and 25% highway.
