Motorcraft A/C Part Numbers Thread

With all the recent A/C work I'm doing, I bought an 04 Motorcraft A/C parts guide off Ebay. Figured I'd share all the part #s in regard to the SHO. This guide goes back to 1989 and further. I know most of us these days use 4seasons or whatever is available, but this might help (just to cross-reference, if anything). I always like Motorcraft parts if I can find them at a reasonable price anyway.

Compressor

89-95 3.0: New YC-105, Pulley YB-314A, Hub YB-289A, Coil YB-367A
93-95 3.2: YC-173 (YC-105 listed for the R-12 version in 93; YC-105 would also work) Pulley see above; same part #s
96+ V8: YC-187

Accumulator & Hose

89-90: YF-1976; no other model year after 90 shows; assume same part # for MTX cars
93 3.2: YF-2760
94-95 3.2: YF-2764 (assume 2760 is different due to R12)
96+ V8: YF-2766

Liquid Line

89-95 3.0: YF-1575
93-95 3.2: YF-2491
96 V8: #1 from condenser YF-2389, #2 to evap YF-2390
97 V8: complete assy condenser to evap YF-2655, #2 to evap YF-2390
98-99 V8: see above / same

Manifold & Tube

89-95 show N/A; however these ARE still available via aftermarket suppliers
96 V8: YF-2271
97-99: YF-2502

Condenser

89-91; YJ-422; Note that factory air after 1/2/91 shows YJ-414 up to 1995
96 V8: YF-364
97-99: YJ-437

That's the major guts of the a/c system. It also has part #s for blower motors, switches, evap core, temp sensors, motor/fan assemblies, etc. PM me for details and I can look up for you.

I have a big list at work of the Ford part numbers for all the hoses. I'll post them on Tuesday when I go back to work.
