Well i think im finaly starting to narrow the problems of the car down. Originaly, I thought that i had a bad fuel pump, but i talked to the owner before me and he had a new one replaced about a year ago. here are the symptoms, the car will not start and the fuel pump is not making any noise. Now i went to check codes however got none. Now when you take codes you put the pin in the signal return and run it to selt test input. Did that, no codes and the cooling fan didnt turn on which i belive it should. Now i replaced the radiator and fuel filter a couple of days ago and thats when the problem started.I hit the inertia switch to do the filter and the car started up but boggy. It was also getting very hot which leads me to belive the radiator wasnt working.Triggered the switch again to make sure it was working then the sho wouldnt start again. Now it just cranks but its not getting any gas. Now, Im pretty sure that the Intergrated Relay Module is in charge of cooling fan, radiator, fuel pump is it not?Is it possiable for that to have bit it and how would i be able to check.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

The IRCM is in charge od all those. Make sure that the connector is tight and the bolt is holding it in place. A possible bad connection could be the culprit. When you run the KOEO test the fan should come on. If it doesn't and you just hear a click, then I'd start with diagnosing the IRCM. Especially since it controls both the fuel pump and fan, which both don't seem to be working.

Unless there is a battery/power problem then it is likely to be either the ircm/ccrm or the pcm. Most likely the ircm- rectangular module on top of the radiator- driver side- with a visible model letter on top.
