Watched the 60k how to video and i'm now stuck in a few spots.
Problem 1:
Mark shows that the pulley on the crank for the timing belt slides off to allow access to the front main seal. Mine does not slide off. Do I need a special puller or am I doing something wrong. I already pulled off the pulley for the accesory belts.
Problem 2:
I can get the dimples in the crank pulley and the front cam pulley to align with the marks in the timing cover. I cannot however get the rear bank to line up. The dimple moves from about 10:00 to 2:00 as you rotate it from one position to the next. The other position it will sit in is around 6:00.
Any ideas why i have so many problems with cars??
