When I take the car to a car wash I get water entering the interior from the rear passenger side of the moonroof. I have checked all the drianage holes and they seem to be fine. Any other ideas?

Drop the headliner and re-connect the drainage hoses. Some RTV and a real hose clamp will make a permanent repair.

Remove all the trim pieces that cover any outside edge. Remove the visors. Remove the trim piece from the inside opening of the moonroof. Remove the overhead console and any reading lights or handgrips.

The headliner will then fall onto your head if you are below it.

Make necessary repairs, then reverse the above.

Note: If you were parked an a steep incline, it rained, and you then noticed the leakage, just start parking on a flat area when you expect rain. Nothing is probably broken, it's just the way water happens to miss the pan when parked on an incline.
