Missing power to lights and keyless entry

I do not get any power to the lights on the ceiling and to the code pad on my door. Where do I start? I checked the fuses and they looked fine. Any fuses I should re-check specifically?

Hmm...Fuse #8 in the panel...but you said they're fine...dunno, sorry
