misfire...

I have a 97 SHO and am getting codes for the following:
-Misfire Cylinder #1
-Misfire Cylinder #2
-EGR Flow Above/Below Threshold
Ok so heres what I've done so far. Ive replaced the #1 coil pack, all new Motorcraft DP Plugs, TPS sensor, Idle Air sensor. After all of this the car ran great for about an hour then back to the stumbling erratic idle/power loss that I was having prior to this. Cam problem? Please help me asap this is driving me nuts. Did you replace the #2 coil?

If the EGR is leaking it will cause stumbling and a miss at idle.

Initially it was only the #1 misfire code. So no I did not replace the coil. Ill check the egr I guess. Derek
