misfire problem

so last night my battery died and i was rushing around to start it up and i accidently put the cables from the battery charger on backwards for half a second, i switched them and the car started right up but now it misfires but it won't miss when it is under light throttle, any ideas?

just an update, i've tried changing out the module and the coil pack and now it only misfires cylinder one. any help would be appreciated thanks

i checked for codes there was nothing. I put a stethoscope on my injector and it worked so i took the whole intake off. The plug burnt a hole through the sleeve on the wire and was arcing out on the head

Glad you got it fixed. Was there oil in the plug wells?

there was a little dab on one of the sleeves i cleaned all my plug wells,intake runner and sleeves with brake cleaner and air, dont got the money right now to be buying anything haha
