Misfire left and came back this time with automatic tranny issues with it?

Just when I thought I was good to go a hot restart at operating temp it came back with now tranny slippage and slamming into first around 2k RPMs. Haven't had a chance to pin out anything yet. Seems a ground or computer issues.. My guess.. Any help?
