Might be going to school in Red Wing in the fall.

Hey guys,

I am graduating this May with my Bachelor's and I might be continuing to a 9 month program in Red Wing, was wondering if there is anyone around that area, or knows the area. I have a lot of decisions to make in the near future....:woo-hoo:

Whiteman_01 is pretty close to REd Wing, most of the rest of us are on the north and west of Mpls. area about an hour and a half or so away.

I didnt see this thread until now, wth. I am in Hastings, about 20 min north of red wing. I actually work at the casino just outside of town. As far as rent goes, Red Wing is about the cheapest around this area. If you havent found a place yet, i can hook you up with a buddy of mine. He has been trying to sell his place for almost 2 years now, and is now looking to rent it out to hopfully get something out of it.

did unmentionable things with a 16 year old girl at Welch Village about 10 years ago when I was a junior in highschool. lulz. Don't really remember the snowboarding at all that trip, but the bunk house was pretty sweet.

Jeremy, next time you head out up here try and get up to the hill in Duluth, I always liked that one better.

Sounds like a contribution to me and I agree. May not be on the original topic, but then this would prob be the 1st thread that stayed on it with more than a handful of posts, no sense starting that nonsense after all these years. + it's already gone on to 2-3 other topics.

get a tent, there are a few campgrounds near by and august is actually pretty nice weather. most of the full service campgrounds up here all have shower facilities and electricity/running water.

assuming august is the only month you are worried about.

otherwise CL is your friend for rental property.

So a little update:

I was accepted into the program @ Red Wing. I'm just waiting for them to send me additional information. I now need to find a place to live....
