LOL, yeah, we swapped grilles a few days ago. He also gave me that black trunk lid. I'll get it painted eventually (the whole car) I'm just so glad not to see that God awful wing anymore that mine used to have. And before I get flamed, yes, I know I'm in BAD need of some motor mounts. ****, they're so bad the motor moves side to side when I turn the wheel back and forth, but acually, doesn't that sound like bad subframe bushings or whatever they are called? I wouldn't doubt it. As my mom used to say, she's been rode hard and put away wet, LOL.

Oh yeah, ask him about that "nice" crease in my left fender LOL!!!

I was going to say the same. Mike you have to have someone else read what you write before you post it. lol

Uh yeah, to clarify and not to be condisending in any way whatsoever, "rode hard and put away wet" means that something (in this case, my car) has not been taken care of or has been pushed too hard, etc. but literally, it refers to horse riding.

mike, You shouldnt buy the hood or the trunk, you should invest in the cars side panel because then it would be pretty much complete and then when you have the body pretty much at a solid state.

IM LOST! Mike just take it someware to get body work and paint done man! you will be much happier with the resault! either that or we sand her down to bare metal fix any lil rust spots with a lil bondo sand it down smooth, prime it, sand it, and paint the thing! Get some fine rubbing compound buff her out and if you want we can clear her up!

i'd be more concerned about getting the subframe fixed up before you drop your engine, if it is moving when you turn your wheel, there is a possibility of a broken subframe bolt already, happened to a buddy of mine, glad to hear your 60k went good. i feel your pain, i have money issues with my car as well. things are money pits lol.

although my sho was a pain at times, i do miss her :X, mike i think that if you replaced the hood and trunk back to the red but left the bumpers and left the door trim black and fixed the other side to be black and not red the car would look awsome! Its rare to see a two tone sho but i think that in the long run it would look cool. Either way the car is taking good shape. All red would look good to

Were they starting in the dirt or in reverse? Because the darkest tire marks look like they would be from a rear-wheel drive car because the rear wheels on the SHO would be off the road.
