Okay I could search the entire forum for every code here but I think it'd be wiser to have someone who knows what they're doing give some advice on the whole picture.
Background: 1990 MTX, bought from someone without running first, he told me it was the CPS. So I did the upper and lower 60K. Just finished that last night and took it for a ride. First it didn't idle at all then I saw that I didn't hook up the AIS. Hooked that up and reset the idle and it seemed to be working fine. As soon as I got out of the subdivision and got it up to about 40, the engine died. Started up after about 5 minutes, made it to the gas station, turned it off, started right back up, then it died after about 30 seconds of driving. Left it at McDees last night, went there today and it started up with a little struggle (had to floor it for a couple secs). Started driving home and it died after about 3/4 of a mile. Just pulled the codes, here's what I got: (details copy/paste from shopp)
KOEO-checks out (11)
Memory:
14 - Ignition pickup was erratic - Ignitioon Systems
18 - Ignition TACH signal erratic - Ignition Systems
41 - System was lean for 15 seconds or more (no HO2S switching) - Fuel control
46 - AIR Bypass (AIRB) not working - Air Injjjection
Electronic Ignition - primary circuit failure coil 2 - Ignition Systems
49 - Electronic Ignition - spout signal circuit problem - Ignition Systems
Transmission 1/2 shift problem - Transmissions
66 - Vane Air Flow (VAF) or Mass Air Flow (MAF) signal low - VAF MAF
Transmission Oil Temperature (TOT) signal low (possibly grounded) - >Transmissions

I'm hoping this is all one simple problem, not 6:scared:
Thanks.

:edit: I haven't changed the O2 sensors yet, the only sensor I actually changed was the cps.
:edit2: Looked over everything really closely, and found that the PO broke the clip on the distributor, so the connector had worked it's way loose. Plugged it in and it started up so it's now home. I don't think this would cause any of the above codes though, it was just the reason it wouldn't run maybe?

Update:
tested alt and battery, checked okay. Cleaned IAC and MAF. Put on new coil (PO had one in the backseat when I bought it, so I just threw it on).

Reset the idle, let it warm up, then took it around the neighborhood for awhile. Here's the new codes:

KOEO:
41

KOER:
41
77

Cylinder checks ok

Thanks!
