MAF transfer function

I found a 97 in the local salvage yard with a blown engine (assuming cam failure) and I want to get the MAF from it for my SuperCoupe. BUT, I need the transfer functions so I can at least get the car drivable so I can fine tune it. I found this:

but I cannot use that since the voltages and flow are missing. Anyone have this info or know who I need to talk too to get that?
