MAF Question

If I were to disconnect the connector to the MAF while the engine was running, what should happen if the MAF was working properly. If it were working properly, wouldnt the rpms change?

my experiance is that somtimes it will run fine,sometimes it will sputter but to anwser your question your car will not run properly without the maf it could cause you to run too rich or too lean bes bet is to keep connected!!!,whay do you wanna disconnect it ???

Because im 99% sure its not working. Codes said it didnt work either.

Would a bad MAF also cause some stalling?

yes it can and will cause stalling with any malfunctioning maf
