I have a 93 ATX. When I bought the car it had a blown trans. Brought it home swapped the trans out. I put in a new battery.
It runs but lacks power/ runs crappy/. shaky at idle. huge loss of power under load compared to the other 93 atx I have.

I pulled codes:KOEO
212
217
Changed out the coil pac,
KOER
332
538
632
changed the EGR with one off my spare intake

I have now have done the work and am waiting to reconnect the battery
I will post results in a hour or so.

Make sure your SPOUT is plugged in, check your grounds, and you may want to have the DIS module tested.

I re-attached the ground strap connecting the fire wall to the back side of the intake, and cleaned the ground wire coming from the battery to the starter. Are there any other grounds I should look at? Can you tell me where the SPOUT connector is and what it looks like? How do I test the DIS module? I thought when it was bad the car would not have spark.

Try swapping out the DIS with a unit from one of your other cars. Easier than bringing it somewhere to get tested.

You can verify that the DIS is properly grounded by checking for resistance between one of the lower DIS mounting screws and the (-) battery post. There should be 0 resistance.

I swapped out the DIS module, and that fixed the power loss.

I also pulled the intake off and cleaned the EGR passage ways.

Cleared codes, none has come back so far. Now on to fixing the power steering leak that's dumping fluid allover the cats.

Update, Wasn't a power steering leak that I could find. I still have to figure out how the power steering resivor emptied over night. I filled it up but still hasn't leaked out again. I did find the front main seal was dumping oil and smoking on the cats. 6 hours, $7.00 bucks, and 8 beers later.... The leak was fixed! And the motor is now running on all 6. No check engine lights so far.
