Loving the LVM 4 tune

Just wanted to add to the already great reputation of Livernois Motorsports. I am loving my new tune. It is much faster, and the driveablilty is night and day better. The engine does not wind up for boost anymore, it just GOES!

I had an issue updating the custom programs, but that is because I am am idiot and had it in firmware mode when trying to update it (sorry for the unnecessary hassle Rick lol)


The one and only bad thing about this tune............is that is makes me want the alky/downpipe/turbo upgrade/etc/etc...lol, which is not really a bad thing, I just have the bug again.

Anyone considering this, just get it, you will love it.

I had stage 2 loaded but just upgrade to stage 4. I gotta say I wasn't bowled over by stage 2. But I thought I should play it safe and I loaded stage 2. Don't do that.

This car should ship from the factory with stage 4. I feel like I'm driving a completely new car. Additionally, I love the feel of the transmission now, very positive, very nice. I like how it holds a gear. It 'feels' right. And the power is mind blowing. Just awesome.

My advise, skip stage 2 & 3, just load stage 4, it matches the intent of the car. You won't be disappointed.

And I use my car in business, meeting clients and taking lunches with them. It's very very civilized with them. You wouldn't know it's tuned. Then when the day is done... I enjoy the stage 4 tune. My wife likes it too. On the weekend shopping trips, we have small fights as to who gets to drive.

yeah, I think stage 4 will be uploaded today before I leave work. I have had 3 for some time now and it is definitely faster, but I'm going to 4 today for sure.

I ran stage 4 in my Flex for over a thousand miles in all kinds of road conditions, as well as loaded with people. No issues whatsoever. Most of my tuned time has been with Torrie @ Unleashed Tuning, because of his willingness to review my logs as I made changes to my Flex, and make tune mods to take care of those variations.
You can't go wrong with either.
