Loud ticking noise while turning and pressing the accelerator

For about the last 2 months whenever I start turning my wheel more than about 60 degrees and pressing the accelerator my car makes a very loud clicking sound, which is either faster or slower depending on the speeds Im going. It started after I was doing donuts in a pullout and the issue hasn't directly caused any problems but I am just wondering if it needs to be looked into. Thanks

Just looked into it and it seems that its the issue, Ill take it into the shop next week. Thanks man!
